First, we offer a free, 15-minute phone consultation where you can ask any questions and see if this would be a good fit. Next, you will be assigned to one of our trained TheraFit clinicians based on your needs and goals. Then, you will have the opportunity to schedule your first therapy session where we will gather a comprehensive snapshot of your lifestyle, interests, and mental health. From there, you and your therapist will meet regularly based on schedule availability and clinical recommendations.
The counseling process is collaborative. Our therapists are trained in both mental health and other areas of health and wellness expertise and it is your job to apply what is discussed during each session in your own life. The more honest you are during the process, the more likely we are to help you discover root causes of dysfunction and unlock true healing. We want you to feel your best mentally and physically!
While you are not obligated to a certain number of sessions, committing to your health and unpacking various aspects of your life is a beautiful process with individual timelines.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
